A menu will be created based on your tastes and diet preferences, and will be sent to you before your departure to ensure you’re satisfied with the selection. We offer a variety of seasonal and locally sourced seafood and other Caribbean foods, that are sure to awaken your taste buds like never before.

Celine is the chef aboard the motor yacht, and is passionate about using local ingredients herself. She offers refined simple dishes, but equally delectable!
